On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC and 2 terraces, a second double bedroom
with L-shaped terrace and a single bedroom with small balcony. Also on this floor is a large shower room/WC.
On the top floor are 2 attic style bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a single bed.

The villa has fantastic views of the mountains that surround the Dalyan Delta.
The gardens extend to 600 sq.metres and are planted with an abundance of citrus trees, roses and other exotic
fruit and shrubs. The star feature is the 40 sq.metre private swimming pool and 4 sq.metre children's pool to the side.
